Welcome to the Global Change & Biodiversity lab at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science!

We pursue questions about how spatial and temporal variation in climate drive ecological patterns and processes, with an emphasis on developing and testing statistical methods to quantify how historic and current processes influence the distribution of species, patterns of biodiversity, and range expansion of native and introduced organisms.
